FAQs
Pricing & Payment
Our clinic operates outside of the traditional insurance system so that care decisions can be made based on what’s best for you — not what an insurance company dictates. This allows us to take the time needed to understand your story, uncover root causes, and help you truly heal rather than simply manage symptoms.
Consultation and Visit Fees
• New Patient Visit (90 minutes): $500
• Returning Patient Visit (60 minutes): $400
Payment is collected at the time of each appointment. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
If you need financial flexibility, please explore our Pay What You Can program, which allows care to remain accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice model.
Cancellations and No‑Shows
To respect the time reserved for you, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged $100.
• No‑shows without notice will be charged the full rate of the scheduled appointment.

I offer a Pay What You Can program guided by the Green Bottle Method. We’ll review your insurance reimbursement potential and agree on a cost that’s sustainable for both of us.

What conditions do you treat?
I treat all chronic conditions as well as working with you on disease prevention and health optimization. I do not treat urgent conditions such as cold/flu, urinary tract infection, or acute injuries. I do not perform annual exams, pap smears or Medicare Wellness exams. Acute issues and regular check ups should be managed by your primary care physician or urgent care.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Yes. I currently offer both in‑person and telehealth visits. In‑person appointments are available on Wednesdays at 1500 Westlake Ave N, Suite 120, Seattle, WA 98109, inside Elevated Natural Health. All other appointments are held via secure telehealth video platform.
What will happen during my visit?
During your first visit I will take a thorough history and review any outside records including labs and other test results that you have. Typically additional testing is recommended which is reviewed at a follow up visit. At that time we will formulate a treatment plan
Can you be my primary care provider?
I do not offer primary care and I require that you have a separate primary care provider for urgent issues and for wellness exams.
How do you coordinate testing and laboratory services?
I rely on multiple laboratories for the best science has to offer for insight into your health. Your insurance determines what you pay out-of-pocket based on what the lab bills. I will do my best to make sure the labs are covered by insurance, but cannot guarantee coverage. If you have questions about costs of testing it is best to contact the laboratory directly. If they need more information, you may request they reach out to our clinic on your behalf.
What about supplements?
I do recommend supplements routinely as part of your treatment plan. Supplements can be ordered through my dispensary on Fullscript but this is not required. If you choose to order outside of Fullscript, I can recommended supplement brands that have been vetted and are of good quality.
